ECA Stacks

Now we see them banded all over the internet, people claiming they've lost 30/40 pounds from them, but what I ask is do they actually work ?

There not banned. Sure they can work but without excercise and proper eating they will do next to nothing.

there is alot of evidence that e/c (no need for a) can and does assist in a fat loss program. its nothing dramatic and would be best saved when the goal is in sight. the closer one gets to the finish line the more difficult it can become and a little more kick may be needed ;)

Excuse me. What the hell does banded around mean? I can certainty guess but i never seen the word used in that fashion before.

Well, stop drinking pop and fruit juices. Drink water. Eat every 3hours or so and figure out your BMR. Cut out sugar - cookies, pastries, most everything packaged, start eating whole wheat bread, chicken, oats, tuna, salmon, eggs, veggies and fruits.

This is where i usually point people first.

Okay so a protein high diet would benefit me greatly ?

Maintenance:
2790 Calories/day
Fat Loss:
2232 Calories/day
Extreme Fat Loss:
1674 Calories/day

My BMI is 25.4

Depends on your goals and activity. Someone who is very active and weight training will need more protein. An endurance runner would want more carbs less protein.

40/40/20 is a popular marco ratio for overall fitness/leaness. Marcos - Carbs, Protein, Fats.

Carbs and Proteins; 1gram equals 4calories
Fats; 1gram = 9calories

When i first started i just counted calories and it went well you probably don't have to worry about ratios until your comfortable with counting cals.

Macros - i always mispelled this word.
