Ebay problem

Hi,
I've been selling my old games and bit from the house on Ebay, and some crazy lady had given me negative feedback just to be arkward.

I sent the item and it didnt arrive, so she demanded I sent another, so i did. When that one didnt arrive She demanded I send her another but overnight delivery, I said no, and I wanted to give her a refund. She took the refund, and left negative feedback.

So... how do I write a comment under her feedback to explane this. Otherwise ppl will think I actually didnt send it.

im reasonably sure that if you scroll through your 'MY EBAY' options, probably under item disputes or even in the feedback section. eBay will removes the negative feedback if you can prove she was unreasonably.

i also thought there was a 'reply' option next to the negative feedback, have a click through, ive definately seen it on others' feedback.

You can reply to the feedback she left, with a quick thing of what happened. Wasnt sent with a tracking #, so you have no way of knowing whether it got there or not? She may now have two of whatever it was. I would leave her a neutral feedback as to a quick buyer, but dont know if item didnt really make it twice.

1 - no it was a phone card, so I sent it from the post office, I have both the recipts, but they could be for anything.

2 - I always leave positive feedback as soon as a buyer pays for an item, So i left her feed back ages ago.

3 - there is no reply button next to the feedback she left. Tho i have seen other members replys to feedback, I dont know why I cant.

Uh, I found it, Thanks anyway guys.

Its at the bottom of the page "reply to feed back"
