Sport Eatting right?

One major question I don't get is how do I know what I should be eating and how much.

I weight about 210 and I’m 5' 11". I want to eat right so I can build muscle (upper body), but also loss my stomach and love handles.
 
you need to either lose fat, OR gain mass...can't easily do both at the same time.

search the forums. the kinds of foods you should eat, and how often, get covered on a daily basis.
