Sport Eating Wrong!!

Sport Fitness
hey everyone,
Im fixing to take a cycle of pro-hormons and read that best results occur when you are eating right...Well by all means I dont come close to that and need to change my diet. I have no idea what to get when Im at the grocery store. Can someone give me an idea of what each meal should contain such as meats/veggies/fruit/bread.....So that I get the recommended..."stuff" to put on the most size possable...Im going for gaining weight not dieting if that helps..Im 6'2 170 lbs...would like to be 6'2 210+ lbs in the future...just my goal...Thanks for all the help..!!

Protein protein and protein. Where can it be found? Lean meats, chicken, turkey, fish, eggs, nuts....
Carbs are your friend also, just dont overdo it and try to eat good carbs. Sugar is not good carbs. Whole wheat bread, vegetables and fruits.
Dont neglect fats. Peanut butter, almonds are great sources.

Good Carbs: Sugar free cereals and grains (oats, millet, buckwheat, quinoa, barley, cous cous) root vegetables like carrots, beets, sweet potato; pulses like lentils, chick peas, various beans (often sold in tins so quite easy)

I'd wait on the prohormones until you have your diet in check for at least 6 months.
