Eating too much?

I'm doing weight watchers and I hardly eat anything all day since I'm in school, and in order to use up the rest of my points, I feel like I have to eat so much at night (although I try to eat all of my meals before 8pm)

I wonder how important it REALLY is to stay in your point range?

Does anybody have any advice?

I remember when I was on weight watchers I always tried to exercise and stay a little below my point value. I never thought it was really important to in eat exactly that amount of points as long as I didn't go over.

I read somewhere that 1 point is roughly equal to 50 calories. So for me, I get 24 points a day, and that's approximately 1200 calories, which is the minimum I hear you should eat. Going lower puts your body into starvation mode. But if you're not hungry, don't worry too much about it. If you are exercising, then you should maybe eat a little more for breakfast, and take something easy to snack on between classes maybe?

Weightwatchers - you SHOULD eat all your points each day. That said, I lower mine before weigh in date, and for some reason I normally drop weight.

But - you should be eating your points, plus activity points if you are excersizing, or you can/will go into starvation mode.

So - I do suggest bulking up your breakfast, and make sure you get all of your heathy guidlines in. Oils, grains, fruits/veggies, protein - ect...
