I'm doing weight watchers and I hardly eat anything all day since I'm in school, and in order to use up the rest of my points, I feel like I have to eat so much at night (although I try to eat all of my meals before 8pm)
I wonder how important it REALLY is to stay in your point range?
Does anybody have any advice?
