I don't have any specific info that could help answer your question. So my reponse is purely hypothetical :)

So long as you have something to eat every few hours... I think you're okay. A nap here and there will not cause you to overthrow your eating routine.

Granted, it would be best if you could get 7-9 solid hours of sleep at night and then go about your day napless, but reality is not so easy when you have a baby :)
 
Always take advantage of the baby sleeping by sleeping yourself. Especially in the first year. Eat between naps, but naps are key to surviving the first year with some sanity. At least in my experience, but none of my boys slept through until they were at least 2. :)
