Hey, everyone. I have heard if you eat six small meals a day it can help you lose weight and is better for you. Is this true?.
 
There is a thread specifically about this. Read it, it's called the importance of meal frequency.
 
Thanks Steve. That really helped. I can only eat about 2-3 meals anyway and I think I'm doing fine. I just asked this question in order to speed up my weight dropping process a little but I realize that if I lose weight too fast I could just gain it right back. Thanks again Steve.
