Right now I am cutting and I know that you should try to not have much carbs after 7 or so and try to not eat alot at night, but what about like the days when I wake up at 1pm and go to bed at 4am, this was pretty much my sleeping schedule last summer. Should it be more so of not eating carbs a certain amount of hours before bed or is there actually something special about night? Like today my dinner should probably be around 11 and my lunch would be an hour ago
