Sport eating late

Right now I am cutting and I know that you should try to not have much carbs after 7 or so and try to not eat alot at night, but what about like the days when I wake up at 1pm and go to bed at 4am, this was pretty much my sleeping schedule last summer. Should it be more so of not eating carbs a certain amount of hours before bed or is there actually something special about night? Like today my dinner should probably be around 11 and my lunch would be an hour ago:)
 
Your eat around your sleeping schedule, if your "7' o clock" is 12 then don't eat carbs after 12. No matter what time a day i get up i just don't eat starchy or simple carbs after my 3rd meal except after my strength training cause i do that at night and i always have a post carb/protein shake.
 
thanks for clearing that up, now i dont have to feel bad about eating a little later then most, i really gotta try to get back on a decent pattern of sleeping though.
 
My last meal, PPWO, on my training days is at 8 p.m. at which time I eat a BOAT load of brown rice along with my lean protein.

I haven't had any problems.
