Eating healthy/cutting carbs

So I am trying to figure out what hte best route is to go...I followed the Curves carb plan nad lost lke 30 lbs but I was also working two jobs and wasnt getting any sleep on top of having two kids...anyway...my questions are...Can one loose weight just by modify what they eat..IE...cutting out all or most junk and just making healthier choices...I love fruit and I like to eat alot of veggies when I am working on improving my eating habits...Can it be done if I am exercising regualary and eating well. It is so hard to go back done to 90 carbs a day...I might just have to bite the bullet nad do it anyway...any suggestions would be helpful...

That is the best way to lose weight... Cutting out, or almost cutting out an entire food group isn't a healthy weight loss plan.

Plan your meals as best you can for the day, using a food journal, that way youc an fit snacking into your daily plan. Go for fruits and vegetables, especially vegetables first... they fill you up at a cost of few calories.
