Eating for your Six pack

Okay...as most of us know, you can work and work but will not see your six pack without cardio and dieting. Okay, the cardio thing I got, but...eating. WHAT should I be eating. I've heard small meals...bout 5 or 6a day of small things, rather then 3 large ones. Like what

Maybe this:

9: 30 - Eggs, 1 cup of milk

10:30 - Bananna

12:30 - ??????

3: 00 - Protien/Power bar

6: 00 - ?????? Peas! lol, I love peas.

But seriously..help me out. Does this sound at least SOMEWHAT good?

Holla bak
peace

I just signed up to this forum to ask this same question. I'm 5'9, 150-155 pounds. I am by no means fat. I just don't have a toned ab section. I am working on the cardio, and weight training, but I also have no idea on how to eat. I know i should stay away from sugars and fatty foods, but what is ok to eat? This really sucks because I constantly want to snack on something, but I don't know if it is ok?

Ok im not an expert but heres what ive heard.

first off your trying to get a 6 pack and when your doing that you can forget about GAINING muscle because for that you need to eat a lot (which will ruin your 6 pack) this is why people bulk and get a bunch of muslce/fat by eating a lot, then diet and lose the fat so all their left with is muscle.

What you eat seems to be good but are you really full enough with that? my suggestion fi you have to snack a lot is to eat stuff with complex carbs like the brown breads and stuff with fiber in it because these things keep you full a long time.

So like dark rye and whole wheat then?
Wait...what if you lose weight nad just get skinny with noooo six pack at all...that would majorly suck. But I shuold have SOME abs under there right. It aint like I've never done a situp in my life.

yeah youll probably have something there, it also probably wont hurt to work your abs like 3 times a week or so eather, not all people have to gain fat to get muscle everyones different.

Make sure that you eat more then just bread though you need some meat and protein in there.
