Weight-Loss Eating enough?

Doing various exercise daily, burning approximately 2000 calories a day. However, at the moment I'd say I eat around 2500 calories a day, and am sort of plateaued at my weight. Could this be because I'm not eating enough, so my body is holding on to weight?
 
You are lucky that you are not gaining weight if you are eating 2500 calories and burning 2000 calories.
