I'm trying to increase in size, get bigger. And I eat a lot at breakfast, a bit at lunch, enough to fill me up when I get home from school and then a lot again in the evening. And I don't really do any physical activity, except for P.E. at school. And yet, I don't gain weight! I weigh about 65kg, constantly (yes, don't laugh). And training doesn't seem to have any effect - even though I daily take several portions of whey before and after I do my workouts.
Is this a common problem? Heh, a lot of people are jealous of my ability to eat and eat and not get fat, but in my case it's a problem - I'm a weak, scrawny-looking kid. And I have no idea what to do. Any help would be sweet.
I might add, that I'm hungry whenever I wake up in the morning, even if I eat tons of food before I go to sleep. Is that a sign of genetically high metabolism?
