I have been eating 100% clean & gaining weight ever since I added good fats to my diet! here is what I've been eating:

Breakfast: 1/3 cup cooked Oat bran w/ 1 scoop whey protein powder
Snack: Apple or Pear w/ 1 TBS Natural Peanut Butter
Lunch: Veggies/Salad & either Tuna or 4oz Chicken w/ Balsamic Vinegar
Snack: Vegetables & Light String Cheese, 1/4 cup Peanuts or Almonds
Dinner: Egg White Omelet w/ veggies like broccoli
3 slices Uncured Turkey Bacon, Ezenkels Bread 1 slice.
Snack: 1/2 cup Cottage Cheese w/ 1 TBS Peanut Butter

What the heck am I doing wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My guess as to what you are doing wrong is weighing yourself frequently. Do not use the scale a sole source of measuring your progress. Use the mirror, measurements, how clothes start to fit, and other peoples comments as the main source of measuring your progress.

Are you weight training? It is very easy to gain lean muscle and lose fat at the same time if you are new to this lifestyle.

I weigh myself every morning & my clothes are tight:mad: I just threw out all my size zeros & now I'm in a 2! I know, I know, at 32 years old, it's not bad, but to me it is!:p I think my metabolism is slooooowwwing down.

Hmmm...well, I weight train, but not to the point where I even see a difference. Maybe I am doing it wrong. I do feel sore the next day though. I do 30-40 minutes of cardio 4-5 days a week also either on the treadmill or the elliptical. I think my body may be rejecting the peanuts. Maybe I should switch my fat macros to something else? Maybe ground flaxseed? Any suggestions?

How many total calories are you eating per day? You might want to use to help you keep track.

Have you tried HIIT instead of SS (steady state) Cardio?

How much water do you drink?

What is your current height and weight and body fat percentage?

OK, OK, I know some people think being a 2 is fine but, if you had to throw out all your clothes, you'd be upset also!!!!!!:( This is what is bothering me!!!!!! Damn butt of mine!

Anyway, I weigh 116 now. (I was 110 last year) I am 5ft3" tall. I never used a machine(caliper) to figure out my body fat percentage, but online I get varied results. I do use Fitday all the time. My calories are 1300-1500 per day. I also carb cycle. I used to eat 800-1000 calories a day and have uped it about a year ago because I was nervous that I damaged my metabolism . Still, the weight won't come off!!!!!

WOW besides the size zero part  you and I are very similar. I too eat clean and gain weight on it. Your menu even looks very simillar to many of my days of 1300-1500 cals. I also do as much cardio and weight lifting as you. I have no magic to tell you except what you've already heard. Don't weigh everyday. I do think water has a factor in things and I know I don't drink enough, do you? I also know for a fact when I started lifting and eating that way I added a lot of new lean muscle and my clothes also got tight (still are but I'm a 6). My bf is already low at 15-16% so I knew my tight clothes were because of MUSCLE not FAT and I did notice that in the mirror. I can say with your routine and diet as well as how tiny you are, that could very well be the case for you as well. It certainly can be a head game though since we associate tight clothes=FAT.

Weighing yourself every day is a bad idea, because your weight will constantly fluctuate. Weigh yourself no more often than once a week.

Thanks Sparrow! Maybe it's just me aging. Mentally, it bothers me, but now I have an excuse to go shopping!:D New pants! It's funny, but I only gained it in my hips and butt. I'm actually trying to substitute the peanuts & peanut butter with Ground flaxseeds. I am sprinking this on some of my vegetables or salad. Maybe I just have an intolerance or something to the nuts and it nmakes my weight stall? I'll let you know what happens!!!!

You probably damaged your metabolism eating 800 cals a day...it'll take time to heal it up so it behaves 'like normal people'.

You may be gaining weight in the hips and butt due to your age and changing hormone levels.
I gained about 2" in my waist size between 20 and 22 just because my pelvis finally finished growing. I finished growing in height by 18 but not in bone density and wideness of shoulders/pelvis.
