For almost 2 years now I've been eating ultra-clean. Only whole, organic foods: salads the size of a small forest, grilled free range chicken breast, oats, fruits, fibers. Results: I look and feel great and my cholesterol is the best my doctor has ever seen in his practice!
The problem: I'm going on holiday in Orlando for 15 days. I have no idea what the food will be like there, but I have this nightmare that I'm going to be stuck with candyfloss and greasy burgers for the duration. We're staying in a cheap hotel on International Drive.
Can anyone share tips on how to continue to eat sorta-properly in that environment?
