anything with casein protein.. milk, cottage cheese(as suggested b4), or regular cheese.. it's like the opposite of whey, it takes a very long time to break down completely, so you have slow release protein throughout the night
man ive always looked at cottage cheese...and yeah. but i read this article and took a spoon full, and im in love with the sh!t now. i cant beleive it tastes so good. i love milk, maybe thats why, but that will be my food of choice before bedtime on training days now.
