Cottage cheese (fat free)
 
anything with casein protein.. milk, cottage cheese(as suggested b4), or regular cheese.. it's like the opposite of whey, it takes a very long time to break down completely, so you have slow release protein throughout the night
 
cottage cheese has something special in it to make it anti catabolic, or is it just anti catabolic because its high protein?
 
man ive always looked at cottage cheese...and yeah. but i read this article and took a spoon full, and im in love with the sh!t now. i cant beleive it tastes so good. i love milk, maybe thats why, but that will be my food of choice before bedtime on training days now.
 
I can't have dairy, so I have grilled chicken before bed. Sometimes a few raspberries, too.
