Sport eating and sleeping ??

Sport Fitness
Hey all. ... hows is tha weekend going ?? good I hope :D :D

I was wondering if it is good or bad to eat and sleep /???
Because, I go to class all morning and then go home eat lunch and usually take a 2-3 hour "nap" right after .... will my body take that food and make it to fat storage ?? I usually eat bread/rice, meat and veggies for lunch(portion size varies) ......

what about at night sometimes i eat dinner and go straight to bed ( late dinner)
??

welll all have a good week, thanks !

Well I think eating and then sleeping for a long period of time is bad you. This is because while you sleep you don't use that much energy (even though it seems that you weigh less due to water content loss.) Technically for going so long without using that energy, the unused energy will be stored as fat instead of glycogen.
Edit: forgot to mention, as for naps. Usually a 10-20 minute nap will make you feel more rejuvenated. Taking a 2-3 hour nap isn't bad, but if you just need a quick energy boost, a 10-20 minute nap will do; plus you won't feel as "tired" when you try to get up.
