Eating after workout

1. Cereal bread aka sandwich with tuna, tomato and lettuce. Fruit jam also can.

2. Bowl of non-sugar cereals with raisins or berries. Can be strawberries, raspberries or blueberries.

3. White, strawberry or chocolate milk.

4. Fruit juice. Can be orange, pear, apple or combination of different fruits and even vegetables.

I do drink coffee sometimes to help me stay awake throughout the day.
 
protein shake, consisting of 2 scoops of hemp protein, strawberries, banana, chia, flax, pumpkin seeds, water & ice. within about an hour after workout, try to drink straight after work out if you can. also usually about 300ml - 500ml.
