eatin in the morning

along with my oatmeal I also eat some pancakes before I workout. Is that ok or should I eat something else besides oatmeal?
 
oatmeal is great ... one of the best nutritious sources of energy for breakfast ... i think anyway. The pancakes on the other hand aren't on the top of any nutrition list that i'm aware of. A glass of OJ goes a long way too.
