Sport Eat well...

I want to know is this a good eating plan for a me?(I'm a 15 year old male trying to gain weight)

I'm really skinny somewhere from 5-15% body fat. 105.4lbs and I'm 5'9" or 5'9". I'm moderately active walk around a little bit but nothing else. I do workout and have a body building schedule.

So is this good...
Morning(8:15am) Oatmeal or organic+cereal 2% milk
Afternoon(12:30) Hand full of almonds or berries
Afternoon(4:00) Glass of 2%Milk+Strawberry Flavoring(iron enriched)
Evening(7:00)Rice with vegetables and chicken or beef or both

Plz respond I know this is not perfect so how too tweak...

Even though I'm so skinny I still have stomach fat and I'm trying to lose it using this schedule, I'm also working on my muscle mass for arms and abs.
