eat strong to last long. a diet challenge.

this journal is my shiny new idea of keeping my diet straight.
each month im going to set a limit of poor choices in the diet department. for example this month im giving my self 10 cheats.

every cheat i make a post stating
the item eaten
the number of cheats so far in the month
the number of cheats left.

the goal of the game is to keep my posts low.
