Sport Eat more to burn fat?

Sport Fitness
im 5' 10" (and a half), 77kg, 32" waist but have to wear slightly more forgiving jeans to accomodate my disproportionately larger backside.

i have a body fat of around 16-18% (or so the unreliable, vague, presumptious stand on machine tells me, but its the only thing i have available). i have some fat on my arms and torso, but only if i pinch.

people tell me in thin and need "to put some meat on" but thats only as i eat little healthy and they havent got the drive!;)

all i want to know is, if i up my calorie intake from around 2100/2200 to 2500 or over, and keep up my training regime of

2 x upper body per week (1@ 5x5, 1@4x8)
2 x lower body per week (1@ 5x5, 1@4x8) plus an extra abs session

and do 3 mornings fasted HIIT cardio, plus a long run and also football once or twice a week, will i burn the fat off? i have visible abs, although the good old bottom 2 arent what id like just yet. but my ass and tops of my legs are just wobbly and wont shift.

i eat well, watch the carbs and when i eat them, have the good fats

ive been unable to do any cardio for 4 weeks and am ready to get back to it. ive defintely built more muscle and am stronger. i have been slacker with my eating (bigger portions, more cheating) but i wonder if i have previously been undereating??? hence the fat is storing rather than being used.

i'm 72kg with a miantenance of about 2000cals so 2500 might be where you want to start at...if your not losing then decrease cals a little and increase activity a little or the int of it until you find a level where you do lose
