Sport Easy Spanish rice

2 cups (uncooked) brown long grain rice
1 jar (16 oz) salsa
1 can (15 oz) black beans

Cook rice then mix ingredients. Very tasty and i serve as a side dish along with my choice of meat (usually chicken, fish or boneless pork chop).
 
That sounds pretty good, I'll try it this week
