Sport easy diets for idiots

Sport Fitness
im a very lazy person, however i have joined a gym but i do indulge a bit.

so what i need is an easy diet which requires no cooking whatsoever, all my food would have to come from a supermarket and should be ready to eat with minimal of effort, however i will eat anything recommended.

thanks

If you are a lazy person, you are doomed to fail at getting fit. That is the hard and honest truth. But if you are willing to give it a try stock up in fruits and veggies, canned tuna, skim milk, 100% whole wheat bread. No cooking whatsoever makes it difficult. Can you even boil water? If so, boiled eggs are fine. Got a grill? you could grill up a weeks worth of boneless skinless chicken breasts in 15 minutes.

Are you happy that you are lazy? Of course not. So don't be.

I like how motivational you are SXI, xD

I wasn't always. That is when I made the correlation. When I was lazy, I was fat. When I was fat, I couldn't beg a date off a girl. When I got my ass in gear and paid attention to what I ate, I added muscle, dropped my blubber, and had women complimenting me and asking me out all the time. That, my friend, is enough motivation for me. :) I'm married now and have been for 20 years, and I still can't walk by my wife without her grabbing me. So the motivation remains.....

lots of easy ready made food at supermarkets ....

example ... buy 1/2 or a whole rotisserie chicken .... add some white meat to a tortilla wrap, some sliced cucumber, fresh ripe tomato, avocado, spring onion, watercress, celery etc and you have a hearty healthy chicken wrap that takes minutes to prepare

or .... a tin of tuna in sunflower oil ... drain the oil ... add to a fresh salad made with raw spinach, cucumber, tomato, onions, green pepper etc and have 2 slices of wholewheat bread with that
#
or above salad with prawns (prawns we buy here in the uk supermarkets are already cooked)

there's loads more easy healthy food that does not need any cooking whatsoever

in a soup bowl, add some chinese noodles, fresh veg such as chopped pak choi , spinach, watercress, rocket .... add a teaspoon of fish sauce, some prawns, a vegetable stock cube .... 1/2 a cup of boiling water ... crack a raw egg ontop and leave for a couple of minutes so that the egg can cook through

cheap, tasty, healthy (for once a week) and needs no cooking
