In the STICKY: Nutrition 101, protien bars are on the list of food items commonly thought to be healthy but are not. Is that all protien bars because I eat 1-2 EAS Protien bars a day as my in-between meal "snack" - I chose EAS because they are marketed specifically as being good fuel for your body having the right amount of C-F-P.
Also, I eat 2-3 slices of 100% Whole Wheat (double fiber) toast a day - I am cutting - should I eliminate these carbs or are they fine because it is 100% whole wheat?
