Hi, I was wondering... I do gymnastics a lot, and i've been doing it for 2-3 years now. However, recently I heard that doing gymnastics at an early age, or strength training like that can keep you from growing taller and bulks you up quicker. Is that true? I'm 13, 5'2" (that's pretty short in my school) and wiegh 104 lbs. Lots of my long time gymnastic friends are short, too.
Also, I'm pretty slender all around but my thighs are muscular. Whenever I do cardio (i went to the gym a few days ago and did 3 hours of ellipticals) I end up a with a little less fat but I bulk up, too. Does anyone know an excercise to get rid of inner thighs, without the bulk?
