early spring clean challenge starting today to St. Patty's Day

Here's a little about me. I believe it's time to start spring cleaning our bodies! I suggest a little fun challenge...maybe some people would like to set goals. Im still new on board so show me that there are ppl like me out there that need a little support and guidance.
Starting weight 190 lbs.
inches i will leave secret with myself for now :)-)
goals for myself from today (2/14) val.day to next friday (2/22)
-lose 1-2 lbs. (inches are just as good)
-drink water, at least36 oz.
-exercise at least 4x this week
