Dust Pollution - Can I beat it?

Hi - I've just moved to Santiago. It is so dusty and polluted here - but it is awesome running around with the Andes in the background. I have done a few runs and afterwards I feel like I am full of dust. The day after or the night I don't breath as well (nothing bad just notice the thickness of breaths). It is really dusty here and apparently in winter it turns into severe pollution.

Anyone got any de-dusting or sinus cleaning tips? Or any other tips to get over the dust (my sunglasses don't work and I wear contacts so my eyes cry!

Just move out of the city, live somewhere else if you want to be healthy. What you see in winter is dangerous smog that slowly kills people, the lungs start to get black from within, the breathing gets harder and the carbon monoxide content in the blood slowly starts to increase. Take my advice and run away from it. But if you find a way out please do let me know.
