Getting my own innitiative to go out and go walking is tough.I bben getting a lot of occasional here lately cuz of carnivals and fairs
 
Carnivals and fairs are a great place to walk - just be careful of faire food!

Once you do get out and start the walking, you'll be surprised at how much energy you get from it.

Good luck Lonestar; I know how hard it is to be motivated. Can you find a walking buddy where you live?
 
walking buddy would b nice

My husband talks about walking with me but when I have the time to walk he's usually working or sleeping.He works from 6:30 pm till he gets done-whatever time that is.Theevening time seems to b a rough time-thats when everything is going on with my kids.This week I'll get in a lot cause of the fair.
