But im not sure am i meant to hold it at the top or just raise and lower, also do i have to do them at the same time, and how much reps should i be looking to do?
the dumbells i use for bicep curls are 7.5kg each and i do 25 on each arm, but for these ive had to lesen them to just 3kg each. I had it at 5 but it felt really bad on my shoulder muscles. Actually, this exercise feels heaviest on my shoulder so is it the right one? My shoulders are quite nice as is xD
