dumbbell flys

started doing dumbbell flys and I fell most of the burn in my front-armpit area
just checking if this is normal or a sign im doing them with bad form

if i do flys with my arms fully extended, i sometimes get a tightness in my bicepts, but not in my pits. try finding a fly machine where the weight is being moved by your inner elbows instead of your hands. this might help you feel which muscle (chest) should be doing the movement
