A near fatal car accident, month long coma & brain surgery, rendered me feeble. I accumulated Strength over 10 yrs, but overeating in fear of being the scrawny kid I always was, led to 29% body fat and type II diabetes.
Being horribly disgusted, I set out on a 5 year Quest for pro caliber Strength & much better physique.
