Is it higher to try to to cardio dry?

Sunny days square measure finally here, sadly your excess winter still hanging around your belly and hips.

Thinking that you just won't be able to flaunt your favorite pill on the beaches this year, you prepare to pay your afternoon beach T-shirt? it's not however time to grant a hair drier with peppiness to your cardio.

Cardio helps to slim........

I'm on weight watchers and exercise 4 times a week on average, burning 800 cals in 70 mins each session so on these days, because I am using up so much energy, can I/should I eat considerably more cabs on these days oppsed to my non gym days where I eat more protein?

Thanks

What exactly are you doing that you're burning 800 cals in 70 minutes. It sounds a lot to me. And no, there is no need to change what you eat. You should have a good balance of carbs and protein anyway, which shouldn't need adjusting.
