Sport Dropping the DREADED BELLY FAT

Sport Fitness
OK still have not gotten the courage to post my pics here. Maybe in a few days.......MAYBE. Anyway I am over weight and need help. I am trying to get my body weight down. I am currently at about 248-252. I would like to get down to around 220-215. Lose about 10-17% BF, and then I do not think it will take me long to cut up really good. I have been told I have the structure to hold a lot of muscle mass.

Any way I have a really hard time with my diet. Is there any where I can find examples to go by? Is it a very expensive change to make to eat better? What is a good guide line to go by for for amouts and ratios? How long before I see noticable results? This is really the worst of my problems. See I carry about 70% of my total BF in my abs, so I have that dreaded problem of my belly hanging over my belt. I have started running, and lifting so maybe it will help melt off the BF if i can eat right!

I would start by reading up on HOW to eat right, particularly for weight loss.

That'll help you figure out what to eat. Not, its not expensive...in fact, the foods you'll eat will be cheaper than pre-packaged, processed crap, or fast food.
