AHey ya'll my name is Alyssa, I am 20 almost 21and have 1 child. I weigh 261 and need to drop 130 or so pounds. I'm not eating out, no fried food, no sugary or junk food, mostly chicken and lettuce salad with little fat free dressing. I walk and run (or try to) and also take Ventaline RX. Also as soon as I get the money I'm starting the Insanity workout. Any ideas how long it will rose to drop this weight, anyone who has successfully done it? Also ANY tips are appreciated! HELP ME!
