drop 130??

AHey ya'll my name is Alyssa, I am 20 almost 21and have 1 child. I weigh 261 and need to drop 130 or so pounds. I'm not eating out, no fried food, no sugary or junk food, mostly chicken and lettuce salad with little fat free dressing. I walk and run (or try to) and also take Ventaline RX. Also as soon as I get the money I'm starting the Insanity workout. Any ideas how long it will rose to drop this weight, anyone who has successfully done it? Also ANY tips are appreciated! HELP ME!
 
Losing weight is a science, burn more calories than you take in. Sounds simple. How can we eat any less? We cannot eat less and stay healthy, our bodies and our brains need the proper nutrition. We are what we eat. So we have to feed ourselves well and this is very important is to exercise. If we can exercise in a specific way we can turn our bodies into fat burning machines. Many of my friends and associates have done just that, so I know you can do it too.
