Sport drinking

Im strength training and im wondering what to drink before during and after a workout. I was told green tea before and after a workout to boost metabolism. But during a workout should i drink something that is ment to replenish muscles like lucozade sport or powerade. Or should i drink something like protein shakes?
 
You should drink a carb formula during your training and then a protein or amino blend within 30 minutes afterward. There are varying opinions on times but the sequence is pretty consistent. Carbs before and during, protein towards the end or immediately after.
