Drink Mainly Water
A sports or energy drink, fruit smoothie, or light beer — each serving contains about 100 calories. Yet these beverages don't satisfy you the way 100 calories of food does, so they're a waste. Other liquids may be high in sodium and carbohydrates, which trick your body into retaining water, puffing you out.

Water, on the other hand, has zero calories and carbs and little to no sodium, making it the perfect slim-down drink. And strangely, it actually helps flush out excess water weight as well as jump-starts your metabolism. If it's just too boring, add lemon wedges or mint leaves.:drool5:

indeed!. every word is right!

Better than water

Water is the most popular beverage on the planet. According to many studies done it is better to drink the 2nd most popular beverage on the planet. It has almost no calories but has over 4,000 chemical compounds in it. It is over 98% water so you get lots of water. This beverage is called green tea and studies show that it is good for losing weight, preventing Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease and much more. The EGCG in has lots of benefits including helping people to lose weight.

It is a green so this way you are drinking your greens. Greens contain chlorophyll that cleanse the blood. You can sweeten it with the herb stevia that is good for health. Green tea is the most popular and healthiest herb or botanical on the planet. The more that you drink, the lower your chance of getting cancer. It is also the most alkaline food on the planet. As far as water flushing out excess water, what causes the body to hold excess water is excess salt in the body. So drinking water helps the body to get rid of excess salt. But green tea is even better at doing this than pure water.

I agree 100%, but be careful, there are bottled water companies out there that add salt to their water. Dasani, bottled by coco cola, calls itself a "mineral water", yet the only mineral in it is sodium, which we should be staying away from if we're trying to lose weight.

A very sneaky tactic if you ask me.
