Okay; after reading others diaries and being a part of this foroumn for quite some time now I have decided to be more accountable to myself and am going to start this diary.

I am one of those who believe that writing what I eat/ what I do will not make a difference but I am willing to give it a try. I think this will be a great place to pour my heart out and analyze things on a daily basis.

I know with all your support and help I will be able to make my journey through till the end.

I currently weigh 165.5 pounds and my goal is to be 120 pounds.

I am doing the 6 week body make over diet by Micheal Thurmond. I am also doing cardio and wts and I do believe this combination of eating right and excercise can never go wrong. I will begin posting my diary tommorow.
 
Good luck to you! We have the exact same goal and current weight but I'm giving myself a little more time than 6 weeks. Keep me posted. I might just be convinced enough to try Michael Thurmand.;)
