lol yup, we lift together like 2of the 3 times i lift per week.
i finally encouraged him to track his progress so he can make incrimental goals and he finally joinedddd!!!! :D wooot

Jk man, welcome to the board. The forum is great for keeping progress here and there. I'd suggest taking a snapshot every week or month (at the least) and keep progress of yourself personally. You will be amazed.
