I am currently 132 lbs. just under 5' 9" and I have been consistently working out again for 5 days a week for just a little over a year now and lost the 30 lbs. I had packed on over the course of 2 years. I am 32 years old and feel I'm in the best shape and fitness level I've been at my whole life (I'm just having to work a lot harder at it!). I'm very happy with my overall results, but, I recently noticed when looking at my backside something I've never seen on me in my life, a "double butt cheek" on each side?! Hard to explain, but you know how your butt cheeks end, well it appears I have another line under that, like a little extra skin on both sides, little extra butt cheeks! They seem fatty, but I don't understand how I can be in great shape everywhere else on my body and have this, it really baffles me. I do 5 days of cardio for at least 30-35 mins a day, and 3 days of strength training. I have a gym membership so I have access to plenty of machines and I always try different ones out to keep from getting bored. Can someone PLEASE tell me how this is even possible for me to have this problem with my workout regimen, and what I can possibly do about it? Thank you!
