Btw, i'm trying to lose weight. Currently i'm 6ft 225. Plz respond as I want to know if its all right for me to eat these on a regular basis to help in the weight loss process.

Well, upon looking up the ingredients the first thing I see is partially hydrogenated oil, which is essentially trans fat. If you're really serious about losing weight (or gaining weight, or ANY diet) you should really cut these out of your diet and eat real foods. I don't mean to scare you away from losing weight, but in order to lose weight and keep it off, you need to change your lifestyle. I don't mean that you can never indulge, because a clean diet is never complete without a cheat meal every week or two.

The most common failure in dieting in my opinion is choosing "less bad" alternatives to junk foods. It kills me when I see people I know trying to lose weight by getting "low-fat brownies" or "fat-free pringles" or whatever and simply replacing the old "really terrible foods" with just "terrible foods." Losing weight involves portion control and a clean, balanced diet. This does not mean going to the store and buying tofu and eating raw eggs, but it does involve some sacrificing. Hey, you'll probably even find some foods that you like better than your old junk foods!

I hope you don't take my post the wrong way, I was trying to lose weight once too, just trying to help. I guess it's a touchy subject, my girlfriend makes me uptight about it.. I always cringe when she tells me her body is unable to lose weight when all she has done is *ADD* Wheat Thins to her diet. It's one of those things where you just have to smile and nod.

Good Luck!

I have an overweight G/F that does 30min of water exercise at the gym and on the way home has 2 jumbo taco bell burritos and can't figure out why she is a fatso..

Try to cut those out completely, if you must, go with the baked ones instead of the Light. Or atleast phase them out, Light, Baked, and then nothing

does anyone know anything about low fat houmous?

i only ask as i prefer the low fat version in terms of taste, but will change to the normal if its got tons of crap in it.

I just love to, once a week on a friday night, dip them in tomato sauce and watch a nice movie or serie **hides**
