Dear readers

My name is tommy i am 17 years old i am 6"1 foot and 117 kilo's
ive been busy since last summer but i dont know how much i weighed but when i weighed i was 123 kilo's now i am 117 kilo's around that but it wont go down for me i am eating so much less than before and excercising to burn of average 500 kcal a day on cardio its quite demotivating and the end of july i am going back to people from a sportskamp and want to lose weight to b around 100 but it looks like my body is not reacting any idea how i should change it i know what i have to eat but i dont always eat it i dont overeat i try to avoid bad foods aswell i need some advice

Try to start actually counting your calories. There are tools on here that will show you about how many your body needs every day. It seriously is the best way to lose weight. You'll be amazed how easy it is to think "Oh I didn't eat that much today" and then see the number on paper and realize different. Combined with exercise it just makes everything easier.
