Don't eat mold

I was cooking lean ground beef last night and I ran out of wheat bread. I figured I could use my roomates wonderbread instead. Well after eating one burger and I thought the bread tasted kinda funny, I started to eat the second burger and saw a big patch of mold just before almost stuffing it in my face. Tried to gag myself and throw it up but couldn't. I don't feel wonderful (no pun intended) today but I have felt worse after eating mold so I guess I didn't get too much in me. Free penicilin ehh.

gross..........................................

hey panman79 is lean ground beef good for you it's not like regular hamburger meat right but it looks like hambuger meat. My friend was eatn it and he told me what it was good to eat while dieting and I thought it was hamburger meat though. He told me that he takes it to the butcher and he grinds out all the fat or something.Would be ok to throw it into my diet ?

Lean ground beef is great for ya. Cook it the same as you would normal ground beef. I don't that butchers can trim the fat out of ground beef. I just grab the package labeled lean ground beef at WalMart

im a butcher at a large canadian grocer store.
we make 4 kinds of ground beef.
extra lean ground beef= less than 5% fat content
lean ground beef=less than 10% fat content
meduim ground beef= less than 15% fat content
regular ground beef=less than 20% fat content
im pretty sure on those numbers, just thought you might want to know, im not sure how the USA reguates thier ground beef.
and as for mold, only sertain kinds are good to eat, like mold on cheese, tha is ok. bread IDK though, i wouldnt eat it.

Cheese isn't mold, neither are mushrooms. Mold and mushrooms are both subspecies of fungi. Cheese is a dairy product, that has been refined by microbacilles.

So yeah, you gonna die now! :D jk
