I basically do 30 min of intervals/cardio on my treadmill daily (while holding dumb bells and periodically doing uppercuts and left and right hooks) and then do some mat work with a swedish ball and some body weight exercises. I am switching coffee with sugar to green tea with organic, raw, local honey, I eat 90% organic and paleo, and I drink about 2.8 litres of water a day. I have a liver condition so I can't push it too hard, but I want to lose the rest of these 9 kg I have to go and I want to get toned, as well, but mainly exercise to feel better because when I don't, my liver feels like it's going to explode, but since I've started to drop weight I'm encouraged and want to go all the way. Doing what I'm doing (I'm 27 and female, by the way) how long do you think it will take me to get to my weight loss goals? Thanks!
