Weight-Loss doesnt know what to eat

Im 5 foot 9 weighing 165, i use to way 200 pounds, so lost some weight, Ive been working out for a while now doing about 5 days aweek 1-1.5 hours a day cardio/ weight lifting. My problem is that I havnt noticed a change in me for about a month!... I dont know if i need to lost much weight.. not concerned about the number but i want to get in shape.. i want that 6pack!!

Could i get some advice on some food to eat during my day that will help me achieve my 6 pack goal.

Currently I eat plain cherrios in the morning for breakfast.
apply for snack
ham sandwich and bannana for lunch
and usually chicken and veggies with either potatoes or rice

but i tend to snack on some junk food around the house :S

If i cut out all my junk food and eat what i normally do for the day will it help for my 6 pack?

My suggestion would be to put some time in reading the nutrition threads here on the board. Your diet is very unbalanced and you're very likely not eating enough calories to support muscle growth.

I'd suggest also registering for a free account with fitday.com or thedailyplate.com and logging all your foods. You'll very quickly see where your calories are coming from and how your nutrition breaks down.

Just from eyeballing your diet, I'd say you need more calories, a lot more protein, a LOT more veggies, and fewer carbs and junk. :)

As far as exercise, read the threads in the exercise forum that are sticky at the top. Especially pay attention to ones by Steve and then one called The Conceptual Side of Weight Lifting. I think you'll get a lot of good information there. :)
