Sport does this sound ok

Sport Fitness
I know yall are just sick of this question, but does this sound ok for an eating schedual

1ST. Oat meal with wheys protein powder, maybe some raisens or rasberrys

2nd. 4 slices of ham or turkey on whole wheat bread, raisens(wich i might start substituting with an apple)

3rd. Bean borito(sure i murdered the spelling like always) on a small wheat tortilla with shredded chicken.

4th. salad with carrots, penutes, chicken, almonds, olive oil, redwine vineger( the nuts in a smaller proportion)

5th. Usually whatever my mom decides to cook, i will eat in smaller amounts because i have goten my family into healthyer choices

6.usually some type of meat and fruit because its after my work out, and i read you need sugar to help develop your muscles( i would like to find a protein shake to substitute this meal though)

Being 16 i'm pretty new to this, but i realy enjoy being able to eat more because i relized this whole time i thought i was "dieting smart" but i was being unsafe and eating less than i need. This was prob. a result in why i wasent geting any progressions in weight lifting. Feel free to critique is much as you want. It can't hurt, but only help

aww, i always post on womens nutrition and dieting forum lol. O well, were all the same. I couldnt imagine different responses in the way we eat from gender to gender:D

Yer right, men and women should eat the same...total calories are typically lower for a woman, but that's about it. By the same token, men and women should train the same way too...after all, its just muscle...muscle isn't gender specific.

What is your goal on this diet? You mention 'dieting smart' which sounds like cutting to me, but then mention you didn't see results from lifting...and you shouldn't on a cutting diet. cutting to shed fat, at the expense of ZERO lean muscle gain.

well unfortunetly i lost my weight goals through wrestling. thats not the bad part though, the bad part was me not eating at all. so i dont realy have a goal weight to be at, just to keep lean. i think im about at 8 to 9 percent body fat and i'm good now at strenght stand point i'm guessing for my size. I was just wondering if that was a good day diet plan, the last thing i want to do now is be super unhealthy like i was last year wrestling.(by the way i dont have anything against wrestling, or people who do it, its just i made bad decisions do it) thanks for the help :)
