Does this sound good?

I'm looking to loose 1,5 - 2 pounds a week and this is what I've been doing.
A week goes (A, b, a, b, a, b, a) I eat around 1300 - 1500 calories a day.

A day:
BEFORE EATING:
Weight lifting for 25 mins + Crunches till failure (- 210 to 230 calories)
Run 15 mins (- 230 calories)
AFTER EATING:
Run 20 mins (- 300 calories)
B Day:
BEFORE EATING:
Run 20 mins (- 300 calories)
AFTER EATING:
Run for 15 mins (- 230 calories)

Is that good? Or do I need to do more? Suggestions?

can i ask why you run before and after eating?...im just curious ;)
for weights is it the same routine every time or diffrent body parts every time?

sounds like an ED to me. seems to be trying to burn off everything thats eaten. please excuse me if im wrong tho. crunches til failure sounds quite painful

Failure is what you go for when building muscles, it causes little tears in the muscle fibres(not as painfull as it seems it all good stuff) when you rest your muscle repairs it self ang gets bigger ;)

Weight lifting is the only time where ill accept failure ;)

Smiley is correct.. If you are lifting weights and not feeling like its tough to get thru your reps..your not lifting enough... If you can do more than 15 reps w/ a set of weights and your not fatigued... lift more wt!
The old saying..no pain, no gain..came from somewhere!

Yes very true K, if you can do more than 15 reps or your muscles are not feeling it after 15 reps its time to up the weights! lift heavy when you get to # 15 it should be HARD like you almost cant make it but your glad that you did. :) im gonna get you ladies lifting serious weights if its the last thing i do lol ;)

i dont know much about lifting, i was referring to the crunches...i have bursitis in both shoulders and even 8 pound dumb bells leaves me in pain next day.

same actually goes for crunches. if you are doing more than 20, then you need to change it up. Your abs are a muscle just like any other, and they need to be challenged.

Why not? I have a lot of energy at night (around 8:00-9:00) so if I'm not doing anything I'll run.

Mostly the same muscles, just different ways.

seems to be trying to burn off everything thats eaten.
Not really, just as much as I can.
What's "ED"?

Another question.
If you're lifting weight 15 times for 1 set and you're supposed to not be able to lift anymore after #15, how many set is healthy to do?

well then burn that energy :) well for abs i do 3 sets of 15 reaching failure everytime then i recover between sets for like 1-2min.

ED i think she meant eating dissorder but i dont think thats your problem, she just miss read the question :)

Lol, ED is not a problem at all.
