Does this diet and workout look right?

A few months ago, I started dieting after getting into kickboxing, and Muay Thai, after I lost around 20 pounds from the previous year via circuit weight training. I started having protein shakes in the morning, and started to follow a strict non-snacking diet that requires me to not eat between meals - meaning that I eat every 5-6 hours, three times a day, and I make sure that when i go to bed, It's at least 3 hours after dinner. I started out with 3 times a week of classes, 2 kickboxing classes and 1 heavy boot-camp class, which is pretty much an intense cardio workout with much aerobic and anaerobic interval mash-ups. However, after a while i decided to increase the amount of time I do my work. I now workout 5 times a week. 1 day of a kickboxing class, 1 day of just the boot-camp, an extra long class that consists of 1 hour of kickboxing, and 1 hour of Muay Thai, and 2 days that have the boot-camp and then a kickboxing class following after it.

Because of my no-snacking rule, my mother has constantly been trying to force me to snack whenever she can - as soon as I get back from school, she lectures me and tries to convince me to eat. Don't get me wrong ; I don't have an eating disorder of any kind. I eat a good breakfast consisting of a protein shake, a bowl of oatmeal worth exactly 240 calories, with some jam on top - all adding to a total of 555 calories to start the day. At lunch, I usually have 2 cookies, which is worth 120 each, and a cup of fruit. I sometimes mash it up, with one cookie and a homemade cinnamon bun, or something else to get some actually carbs and sugar from. Anyway, after school I hurry off to my workout classes, where I workout, and go home to enjoy a nice dinner with the family. I am 15, and apparently need around 2200 calories to maintain my weight, and 1800 to loose weight based on my height, gender, and activity level. I am currently trying to loose weight, however I know for a fact that my metabolism is slower than the average person, so I sometimes try to mix up my diet, eating sometimes as high as 2000, and as low as 1400. I think this is correct for myself, however, I am asking and posting this online so I can get advice from someone who actually knows what they are talking about (I am well aware that the internet is a huge place, and that someone can simply say they know something when they might not, blah blah blah).

Here is some actual information about me in technical terms...

height : 5 ft 5 in
Sex : Female
Age : 15
Weight : 153 (I'm overweight :p)
Activity level : You know it from the first paragraph.

Please inform me if I am doing anything wrong with my diet. I think it's important that I get as many views as possible, as I rarely ever tell anyone about how I eat ; I have not even told my coach about my diet yet, though he was the one who got me to stop snacking.

Your activity seems pretty set
But your diet is pretty meh
Are you getting any vegetables at all? You could snack on those, that would work out well..broccoli, carrots, celery, lettuce, tomatoes, peppers, string beans, asparagus..green things..things grassy of many colors! mmm nom
Do you take your bowl of oatmeal or protein shake with milk? Because you could use some calcium in your diet too, it helps weight loss and of course at your age you are still growing and your bones need it..some skim milk would be good. Vegetables like broccoli and spinach also have a lot of calcium in them if you don't like dairy.
By the way it doesn't really matter when or how often you eat, you can eat right at bed time if you want, it's a myth that it makes a significant difference in weight loss.
Write down what you eat and bring it to your coach too for pointers, he knows you best and will probably tell you a lot of the same things.

Not to be a dick, but...

You're 15 years old. You shouldn't be so worried about your weight. I mean, not only are you too young to even control your body (you still have changes to go through - changes which you can't control), but you're also only 153 pounds. It's not like you're some huge, egg shaped monster, you know? You're still young, so I wouldn't be too worried about your diet all that much. At least not right now.

I would have done just about anything when I was 15 (you know, apart from actually eating right & exercising...) to be 153 pounds.

Agree with Chief, nothing wrong with being healthy and active, but I wouldn't over do it.
