100% whole grain rolled oats, 3/4c.mixed berries, 1/2c.fat free milk total = 265 cals
snack: 12:00
1 tbs natural Pb, 1 small gala apple total =180cals
lunch: 2:30p.m
Turkey wrap (made with 3 slices fat free Oscar Mayer turkey lunch meat, 1 slice 2%fat Kraft cheese singles, lettuce, pickle, 1tsp mustard, 1/2 of a flat-out mulitgrain wrap) small lettuce,tomato,cucumber salad with 1 tbs light Italian dressing & 10 green olives, 1/2c. sugar free, unsweetened applesauce total = 385cals
snack: 4:30pm
Kashi tlc fruit&nut bar total = 120 cals
dinner: 6:45pm
5 oz. grilled chicken, 2 cups broccoli, 1/2c. corn, 1tbs light BBQ sauce, 1/2 sugar free jello, 1 tbs fat free cool whip total = 350 cals
im female 23yrs old 5'5 in height and weight 250
I been eating like this the past couple days bc I really want to be thin by the New Year I DO NOT want to go another year being BIG!
So do you think I will be successful with this type of eating?
I'm following the layout of the LA weight loss plan so thats where Im getting my food ideas from
I also drink soooo much water, I have a 16oz sports water bottle that I fill literally like 6-7X's a day & chug it, I have a water dispenser where I get my water from (i always loved water!)
I am starting to workout tomorrow too, too increase and speed up my weight loss.
Any tips? Advice?
