Yes, milk promotes the production/release of serotonin in the brain, something that makes people feel tired and drowsy.
 
is this true for everyone? I should stop eating cereal with milk in the morning and see how I feel later on.

What's a good breakfast to have?
 
Try to think of protien first, saltyness second. Stay away from starting your day with sugar, coupled with milk, you'll get hella lethargic.

Yeah, typically milk has that effect. But it probably depends on people. My cousin can eat cereal all day and all night forever...and operate fine, I guess. However, he isn't the sharpest tool in the shed...

Holly Crap, and your worried about you HEALTH?! Caffine is ROTTEN ROTTEN POISON! (Guess you could drink decaffe...but WHY?)

I managed to eliminate like %90 of the caffine intake I have, I feel 10X better by doing that alone. I would say %100 eliminated, but I know ALOT of foods have it to, and I can't control that. I don't drink sodas at all (carbination is bad fer ya bones too) Just juice, tea, and water.

I am gettin into the habbit of some Granola + Plain LoFat yogurt in the mornings, wakes me up decently, and gives me a good LONG punch of energy, need to keep some Apples around the house, they work GREAT!
