Sport does fat raise testosterone production?

does fat raise testosterone production? for example, would a high fat diet trigger higher testosterone levels? because those levels need to be high to body build correct?

there is a link b/w low fat intake and low testosterone production. thats why general recommendations are b/w 20-30% of total calories from fat.

even saturated fat plays a part ;)

its said that saturated and monounsaturated fats that do the job. a good saturated fat would be coconut oil and a good monounsaturated fat would be olive oil. ;)

speaking of raising testosterone, I've heard squats are killer for raising testosterone. But contrary to what I would have thought would have been the best rep range 1-6, i've heard you gotta do 15-20 reps on the squat rack to really get the big T going. Is this true? what do you all think?

squats and deads are big T inducers. ive heard that its best to use a weight that is 150-200% of your bodyweight.

?!/'!!?>!?!@utklp fjaew;kj!?!/ 150 to 200% of body weight!?!? What I did today was...

10 reps on 135
10 reps on 165
10 reps on 195
10 reps on 195

(as you can see, I love warming up). I weight about 205 now. So that means... I should be squating around 307.5 to 410. I might as well check straight into a cemetery.

What amount of weight are you supposed to do for deadlifts?

typically you can deadlift a little more than you can squat. i prefer the sumo deadlift myself, being kind of a short guy.

do you do legs often? ive always had a much stronger lower body than upper body, so i have always been a leg freak.
